Many people forget that a Realtor’s job is only just beginning once an offer is accepted. There’s opening escrow, ordering inspections and reports, negotiating repairs and/or escrow credits, making sure all of the necessary disclosures are issued, and keeping track of all of the paperwork flying back and forth!
This time period can be a headache for a seller or a buyer and can be even worse if something goes wrong and a deal falls through. Having a good Realtor on your side can make navigating this period easier and drastically improve the chances of escrow actually closing!
