Leslie Luciani, Realtor (BRE #01908135):

Leslie Luciani has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 35 years, holds a B.A. in Music Education and a Certificate in Film Scoring, both from UCLA, and is an accomplished pianist.  She’s continued her involvement in music as President of the New West Symphony League and serves on the Board of the New West Symphony Association as First Vice President of the West County Region.

She spent her early adult years in Burbank and then settled in Agoura Hills in 1999 where she and her (now ex-) husband raised their three children. She moved to Oxnard in early 2014, an area she’d been visiting for years, in order to be closer to her oldest daughter, Rachel, and her family.

Leslie loves the real estate business and brings the creative thinking of the music world to marketing your home or estate and finding you the perfect new home. She thinks outside the box when planning the marketing materials, events and networking which will sell your property. She is efficient and enthusiastic and works whatever hours are necessary to do the best job for her clients. She is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has completed their training program, has earned her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification and Military Relocation Professional designation and is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has achieved the RE/MAX “100% Club” and “Executive Club” designations and was one of the Top Ten Agents in the entire brokerage for July, 2017 (out of about 240 agents).

Regardless of whether your property is a special jewel or “difficult”, she will take the time to really understand it and market it in just the right way to just the right prospects. Hello! My name is Rachel and I serve as the Transaction Coordinator for and Advisor to Leslie (my mother) on an as-needed basis. I received my BA in Fine Art from California State University, Channel Islands and I’ve always loved the problem-solving aspect of art. I turned to the field of marketing after college working at the CSUCI Art Gallery – Ventura, the Sylvia White Gallery, First Fridays Ventura, and the Society for Neuroscience and got my Real Estate license about five years ago, although I am no longer an active agent. I work part-time as the Web Manager for HighRises.com and advise my mother on many aspects of internet real estate marketing. I’ve learned that it’s quality, not quantity, that makes an advertising campaign effective.
